Commercial & Industrial Epoxy Flooring

The Lehigh Valley's position along the I-78 and Route 22 corridors has made it a significant warehousing and light-industrial region, and those facilities run on concrete floors that take constant punishment from forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy foot traffic.

Where Commercial Coatings Get Used

  • Warehouses and distribution facilities — high-build systems that survive forklift traffic and pallet impact
  • Auto shops and service bays — chemical resistance against oil, coolant, brake fluid, and solvents
  • Commercial kitchens and food service — seamless, sanitary, non-porous surfaces that meet cleanability requirements
  • Retail and showrooms — decorative finishes that hold up to public traffic
  • Manufacturing and light industrial — abrasion and impact resistance
  • Medical and lab spaces — seamless surfaces without grout lines or seams to harbor contamination

What's Different About Commercial Work

Downtime is the real cost. The coating is rarely the expensive part — shutting down a bay, a kitchen, or a production line is. We schedule around operations, work nights and weekends where needed, and use fast-cure polyaspartic systems when a facility has to reopen quickly.

Specification matters more. Commercial systems are chosen against actual loads: point loads from racking, thermal shock in kitchens, specific chemical exposures, and slip-resistance requirements. This isn't a residential product applied over a larger area.

Surface prep scales up. Larger floors mean shot blasting rather than hand grinding, and joint treatment strategy becomes a real engineering decision rather than a detail.
