How We Work
- Preparation over product. Most coating failures trace back to preparation, not the coating itself. We mechanically grind every floor to create a real bond. We don't acid-etch and we don't coat over an unprepared slab.
- We test for moisture before coating a basement. Bethlehem's older housing stock frequently has slabs poured without a vapor barrier. Testing takes an afternoon; a failed floor takes weeks to fix.
- Honest assessments. If a slab needs repair before coating, or genuinely isn't a good candidate, we'll say so before you spend money.
- Systems matched to the space. Garages, basements, pool decks, and warehouse floors all face different loads, moisture conditions, and UV exposure. We specify accordingly rather than applying one product everywhere.
